This blog is for us, Language Teacher Development Project participants, to use for communicating hopes and needs, setting goals, making plans, finding resources, describing activities, sharing images, trouble-shooting problems, sharing and reflecting upon accomplishments, … whatever it takes to generate momentum and sustain our own development as learners and teachers of languages, and users of technology for communicative and educational purposes. I’ll be posting more about how to get started as soon as I learn how to add users to this free WordPress blog.

If RSL’s Weblog Assessment Index (WAI) gives any indication, the factor for longest period of time in days without blogging might be telling. It has been three weeks since I started this project blog, and the only progress there is to report is something I’ve learned second-hand from RSL, namely that in order to add users, they must be Edubloggers themselves (whether they use their own blogs is a separate question).

If you interested in following subscription issues, and are viewing this comment on the LTD Project Blog homepage, you should browse the link to a WordPress discussion relating to subscribing learners (without Edublogs or email addresses) in the blogroll in the righthand column.
